- Dining Room:seats 10 (can seat 12 comfortably),also has a gas fire.
- Sun Room and Kitchen.
- Guest toilet.
- Upstairs:
- Main bedroom en suite with 42 flatscreen TV with seperate DSTV.
- Second Bedroom with full bathroom
- Study - (can be converted into a single bedroom)
- Underfloor heating in all rooms.
- Large seperate studio: Double bed,TV,bathroom with shower,gas fire and underfloor heating,kitchenette.
- Outdoors: Large swimming pool and braai,under cover entertainment area.
- The house comes with a char from Monday to Friday 08h00 - 17h00.
- Also a houseman two or three times a week. He is available as a driver.
- The char, Gloria, is available on weekends for an extra R180/day.
